If the ever increasing stresses and demands of our modern world have you feeling that you are just coping with life, rather than living it, then Beyond Coping is the course for you.   While managing the daily challenges it can be easy to lose sight of your deeper goals and it can be difficult to feel rejuvenated and connected to the passion you have for your work.

Beyond Coping gives you the opportunity to connect with others who understand the stresses of the work you do. Take this opportunity to ground and strengthen yourself while creating a new way to engage with life that is sustaining and generative.

In this course you will learn Buddhist wisdom teachings on living a wholesome and awakening life, and learn how to apply them to your own life, both at work and at home.  You will explore how to develop wholesome conduct, meditation and wisdom practices, to ground and guide you. You will learn simple and sustainable mindfulness tools to leverage your natural capabilities.  Through all this you will discover how to be centered in the midst of whatever you are doing, and to experience life as enlivening rather than just coping.
