Day Visit

You want to visit this local retreat center and you don’t know how. You want to try meditating with other people, not just the app on your phone. You are looking to get more guidance with your meditation practice.

We like to experiment so we are offering this three session course of study and practice. We function as a modern-day working monastery.  We call it a living laboratory. We believe in lifelong growth and development.  We offer training, connection and guidance.  

Think of it as a university small group seminar field trip, or the lab class connected to your life. Like all great mentorship programs, this is a place you can explore yourself through engagement with others and the physical world. Get ready to be in your body and on the land with others while becoming more aware of your inner world.Wake up to a new you, through a new view.

Karma Yoga is a bridge to peace, calm and happiness. Come join with others to experience how karma yoga (meditation in action) can teach us how to walk across the bridge from our private lives to one of service for a bigger cause.

• About the Program

• This course is for you if you are curious about Clear Sky Retreat Center, you want to try meditating and you want more guidance with your meditation and you have registered for Planet Dharma’s Enlighten Up!  The date is July 24, 2022.

• What you can expect: A full day of experiential learning. Two group meditation sessions with teachers and sangha. One in the style of the Western Mysteries and one in the style of Eastern Buddhism. Join live in real time Enlighten Up! An uncompromising, unflinching and kick-ass dharma class with Vajrayana Teachers Qapel and Sensei. Community meals of wholesome nutrition mostly organic food. Karma Yoga and small group discussions.
