We are in a new world, post Covid-19. Many of us are experiencing big life-changes. Perhaps you need more support in areas that may be calling for deep care. Or are holding you back. We can use this unique time to nurture that which may be seeking our attention or which we might not have prioritized before.
Karen is offering live group coaching to a smaller group, exclusively to graduates of the Integrating Mindfulness course.
Focus: It is focused on principle 4-cleaning up big areas of your life. This program gets to deep-seated blocks.
Struggles:
- Maybe you struggle to have a daily practice and integrate mindfulness into your everyday life outside of meditation.
- Or you want to implement more joy, more of what you really want and need – instead of being too practical and sensible
- Perhaps you need community help to balance external and internal needs to avoid excessive or abusive behaviours or habits to self.
- Perhaps you are struggling with time management and work/life balance.
- Maybe you struggle with energy. Energy to get into the world and create income; energy to act on healthy, daily routines; energy to replace moodiness with giving to others.
- You want to get wholesome, but feel you are lacking structure to get there.
- You are always busy but never seem to get anything done that brings real satisfaction.
- Or you have experienced the value of opening up one’s soul through spiritual practise. But you do not have a supportive sangha to incorporate dharma ( or other modes of awakening) fully into your life.
Each of Clear Sky’s five principles are an in-depth study on their own, and we have limited time to cover each in the online course. Each principle is also a highly personal exploration that can unfold over weeks and months.
The coaching program gives you an opportunity to work on each principle more deeply, learn additional tools, and benefit from the support and insights of the coach and other participants. This will help you make deep positive changes in your life, and create new wholesome friendships with people going through a similar journey. With many shifts in our life and working styles, changes in income and inflation rising, this is undoubtedly a time of major transition.

We’re limiting the group to 8 people so that Karen and the group can connect with each other in a real way.
This course is for you if you’d like to get to focus on specific areas that are holding you back, and get regular and direct feedback from Karen and your fellow participants over an extended period.
What will you get from this program?

- A wealth of tools and practices related to each principle, that you can apply at home and work – the ultimate in self-nurturing DIY!
- Practical, authentic advice from a coach who has extensively worked with Clear Sky’s five principles to strengthen her spiritual container
- A safe forum to have real conversations about the issues in your life
- An improvement in your relationships, your issues around money, your time management, and other big rocks
- More ways to apply mindfulness and awareness at your workplace, in your relationships, and your daily life
When will it run, and what would your commitment be?
- The exact starting date, the time of the calls, and any scheduled breaks will be agreed between the coach and participants
- You’ll attend two, 90-minute live sessions per month. These will be scheduled for six months, with an option to continue for another three months.
- There is an option of individual check-ins of 30 minutes with Karen in-between sessions.
- You’ll do buddy check-ins with other participants in rotation over the course, and connect through private chat on WhatsApp or Facebook
- You’ll do one weekend retreat near the end, or after the program – either at Clear Sky, at home, or at a center of your choice. This will give you experience in how the principles can form an amazing spiritual container for retreat work as well as daily life.
The cost to you
Like Integrating Mindfulness, we’ll offer this program on the basis of dāna or “pay-from-the-heart,” with a minimum commitment.
Karen will be supported by the Clear Sky team to dive deeper with a small group of you, sharing more directly the benefits of her own practice. We trust you’ll match our time, energy, and passion for this body of work by giving an amount of money that feels good and healthy to both you and us.
For twice a month live coaching from Karen McAllister, a supportive buddy system, and other resources as they become available, we invite you to look over the following sliding scale, starting at $175 per month:
- $175 per month allows Clear Sky to continue to be dedicated to offering quality programs like this, by pay from the heart
- $200 per month helps Clear Sky to further develop Clear Sky programs, resources and our community of teachers
- $250 per month helps us be able to supply these offerings to others, who may not be able to afford the minimum
If you feel in an abundant and solid financial situation, feel free to offer more. If you are struggling financially, you can offer at the lower scale. Since we do have expenses such as the hosting platform used for the coaching calls, and we are investing significant amounts of time and experience, after deep consideration we are setting a minimum amount of $175 CAD/month.
