This intimate six-month group coaching program invites graduates of Integrating Mindfulness to strengthen their inner and outer containers — exploring how mindful structure, community, and awareness can transform your life from the inside out.

This is mindfulness that moves — through your home, your schedule, your relationships, and the land beneath your feet.
What You’ll Receive

Two 90-minute live sessions per month for six months

Optional 30-minute individual check-ins with Karen between sessions

Rotating buddy check-ins and a private online space for reflection and connection

A personal retreat weekend near the end (at Clear Sky, at home, or another centre)

Guidance, accountability, and inspiration to weave mindfulness through all areas of life
Commitment & Investment
We offer this program in the spirit of dāna — pay-from-the-heart, with a minimum monthly contribution to honor the time, care, and resources invested.
Sliding scale:
