Taking a pause out of the busyness of life is essential as part of a healthy balance and to support new insights and growth. But if you are new to meditation retreats and unsure of how to start. Or if you are unable to travel to a retreat center and are wanting to learn how to support yourself to do a retreat at home or online, it can be a struggle to carve out the time and support to do this work.
This weekend retreat with Karen McAllister and Duncan Cryle is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and refresh or deepen your meditation/mindfulness practice. This unique retreat applies Clear Sky’s five principles of creating a supportive spiritual container to how you can learn for yourself to structure a dynamic and healing meditation retreat.
This course is available either online or in-person. We encourage in-person attendance – see here for the in-person registration: ADD
This Course is For You If:
- You have practiced some mindfulness or meditation before, but struggle to be consistent, or want to try a retreat but feel daunted or unsure how to start or how to structure that.
- You previously joined us for Integrating Mindfulness (or Ignite Your Spiritual Life) and want to refresh and deepen your understanding of the five principles of a spiritual container in your life, take the time to reconnect with yourself and your meditation practice along with like-minded others and learn how to apply the five principles to supporting a dynamic and healing retreat.
- You are a keen meditator and do or aspire to do personal or home retreats but struggle how to structure those and create a supportive container in your home environment.
- You would love to do an in-person meditation retreat but with rising inflation, food costs, etc you are struggling to afford that or live too far away to travel – you’d like to know how you can do a meaningful retreat at home, and in a way that’s still connected with others virtually.
