How do you grow your inner well-being? These community classes at Clear Sky center help you develop a stronger meditation practice.
Join us for Meditation Circle, Thursday nights (7:00-8:00pm MST) in person, at Clear Sky Center.
These classes run throughout the year. This current series of classes will be led by Cara Conroy-Lau from June 6-27, 2024. We encourage you to attend all classes but drop-ins are also welcome.
Series Overview: The Body Electric
Sing the body electric with Cara Conroy-Lau and community in this four week meditation series. Through breathing meditation and other somatic body awareness practices, we will deepen our connections to the unified field of the bodymind – observing the layers of what makes us human, and within it, pure life force and potentiality.

Cara Conroy-Lau brings a joyful East meets West approach to Dharma and holistic medicine.
