1 Please register and pay your deposit no later than March 31 2024. As previously communicated we highly encourage you to do the extended stay package for the whole of September, or longer. Select "add extra nights" before or after to indicate the dates you want to arrive/leave. In addition, at the bottom select the option to pay by etransfer. This secures your registration without upfront payment. Following this Dean will update the invoice based on the various package rates previously shared, and contact you for arranging payment. Note when selecting the option for an airport pickup/drop off, please do not arrive on the midnight flight - or if you do, please plan to stay in Cranbrook that night IMPORTANT : note that dana to the teachers is separate. There is a box below for offering some dana now, and we will also be providing a link for offering more dana later.

Agreement to Terms *	I am aware of and agree to the cancellation policy terms:We will apply the following cancellation policy to any bookings made except for the Karma Yoga Service Stay Program. If you cancel with 60 days or more notice, we will keep a processing fee of 15%. If you cancel with 15 days to 59 days ahead of time, we will keep a cancellation fee of 50%. The remainder of any fees paid can be refunded or kept as a credit on your account for up to one year from the cancellation date. After one year any unused or unclaimed fees will be forfeited. No credits or refunds: If you cancel with 14 days notice or less there will be no credit or refund of any fees paid. If you have to cancel because of extenuating circumstances beyond your control, then Clear Sky will refund 50% of the payment.
I am aware that a residential retreat is a big and wonderful commitment. We will be living in and sharing a meditative environment for an extended amount of time. I can confirm that I am fit and able to participate during this retreat. *

Awareness of Dāna / Pay-from-the-heart *	I am aware that the accommodation and course cost does not include fees for the teachers and that the dāna (or pay-from-the-heart) model is what supports the teachers to offer the classes and teachings. The practice of dāna is a mutual exchange of generosity and abundance between teachers and students. Dāna is a Sanskrit and Pali word meaning “generosity” or “giving,” and is always discretionary. Through our cultivation of dāna, we leave habitual states of mental poverty behind and steadily grow a reality of psychological, spiritual and thus material richness. By practicing with a healthy spirit of generosity, we deepen our own practice and support teachers to make these healing teachings and tools available to all. By offering material and other kinds of dāna with an open heart, everyone benefits, particularly the giver. Dāna is an active, conscious and powerful spiritual practice.
