Cara Conroy-Lau

Cara Conroy-Lau brings a joyful East meets West approach to Dharma and holistic medicine. Cara fell in love with meditation and Buddhist based therapies in her early twenties and has two decades of dharma experience and training. Raised in New Zealand and Singapore, Cara has travelled widely, studying Dharma in both Japan and Canada with Achariya Doug Duncan and Catherine Pawasarat Sensei.  She was the permaculture farm and food forest manager at Clear Sky from 2009-2012. Cara is also a registered acupuncturist, moxibustionist and qigong teacher at Cranbrook Acupuncture Clinic, which she opened in 2018.
